COLLECTION: THE FELLAS

These “fellas” represent local hipsters, conservatives and patriots alike; all of us living in an ever changing sociopolitical world, and all looking for answers while avoiding connections for fear of virtue being lost. In this art collection, many of the “fellas” or personified images, literally could not be formed without the other. We try to be cool, stick to our ways, but the reality is we need each other in order to exist. Often times we get combative and get confused, left fishing or wandering hills for the truth. However, we can prevail peacefully if we let the lines naturally flow and support each other in rough situations. Using bridges, crossing over fences we face off to find the water source and come together. If not, we are left with not just a hole, but an abyss to nowhere.
